A true haven of peace, perfect for a family retreat, the Néry gîte is located in one of the outbuildings of a beautiful Périgordine house of character, in the heart of a wooded and secure park of 2 hectares, only 500 meters from the village of St Léon.

Cosy and comfortable, the cottage has its own private garden. On 2 levels, it is composed on the ground floor of a modern and functional kitchen, a living room opening on the garden and a toilet. The 2 bedrooms and the bathroom are on the first floor

For the safety of young children, a barrier at the top of the stairs avoids any risk of falling. Moreover, the access to the property is done by a remote-controlled gate and the garden is entirely closed. A covered area allows you to park your car and bikes.

For your comfort and a peaceful stay, the sheets are provided and the beds are made on your arrival.
