Nestled on the edge of the woods, "Le Petit Ponton" is an ideal home for 2 people. The bedroom is air-conditioned and has a 160x200 bed. At the foot of the bed, a sitting area with two armchairs invites you to relax.

An adjoining room houses an outdoor Jacuzzi, enclosed to protect you from the wind and rain (unheated), which is entirely private, as are the sauna, shower and heated swimming pool.

The kitchen, living and dining area includes a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, ceramic hob, coffee maker, etc.), storeroom with washing machine.

Large terrace with table, sofa, brazier, pontoon leading to the pool, deckchairs, parasol and double hammock in the garden. Fiber optics, Wi-Fi, video projector and access to TV channels and Netflix complete this entirely private setting in the heart of the Périgord.
