It features 4 large bedrooms (all 4 with 140x190 beds), 2 separate toilets, a shower room, a bathroom, a double living room with dining area and sitting room (TV, DVD player, numerous board games), and a well-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso, kettle, etc.).

The kitchen and dining room have direct access to the garden, which is equipped with a table and chairs, a lounge area and a plancha grill.

Linen is provided (sheets, towels, kitchen towels).

The house is surrounded by a shady, unenclosed garden.

Swimming possible in the Dordogne at St Julien de Lampon (6.5km) or on the supervised lake at Grolejac (7km).
