Les Cèpes
Lagrenie is situated in the middle of the forest of the Perigord Noir and 12km from the famous medieval town of Sarlat, on a hill. A wonderful calm place, overlooking the river making its way through the valley below along quaint villages such as Domme, La Roque-Gageac and Beynac.
Lagrenie is a small estate of 10 acres surrounded by forest, consisting of sloping land with beautiful walnut, beech and linden trees, a meadow, a vegetable garden, a large swimming pool, a private residence, and two holiday homes.
Les Cèpes is a spacious house with a lovely atmosphere. It has 400-year-old stone walls and beams, a large dining room with an open kitchen and it’s beautifully decorated. There are terraces with seating areas that are separated from the large swimming pool (6x12m) by a hedge. The house has a lovely view over the large lawn, where there is plenty of room for children to play.
