Manoir Le Conte is a 17th-century character house built of typical yellow sandstone, emblematic of the Périgord Noir region. With 250 m² of living space, it offers 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and comfortably accommodates 8 guests.
On the first floor, an elegant, fully-equipped kitchen opens onto a large, convivial dining room. A spacious living room with wood-burning stove completes the space. From the living room, access is gained to a tower housing a bedroom with queen-size bed and, upstairs, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom. Two further bedrooms and a bathroom can be accessed from the opposite wing.
The terraces offer ideal spaces to enjoy a barbecue or a view of the 2,500 m² natural garden, surrounded by 14,000 m² of black oak trees. The swimming pool is open from June to September.
