Ecomusée de la Truffe
In Sorges, on the RN21 roundabout, in a beautifully restored 18th-century farmhouse, the Ecomusée welcomes you to unveil all the mysteries of the black diamond: species, history, cycle, culture, gastronomy. Discover the truffle trail and observe the flora of the causse.
The museum presents all the knowledge about the truffle and its culture. The museum also offers diaporama, videos, shop and a documentation centre. There is the possibility to discover the « sentier des truffières » (the truffle path).Tasting and « cavage » (recognition of the different truffles and how to find them) in season for groups.
