"Bastide Beer" brewery and bar was established by Hugh and Denise Davies in 2018. Inventing a beer that was "full of flavour - without being too strong" was Hugh's goal. He began brewing using traditional methods. "1284" was the first in a line of 4 tasty beers. Today, there are 7 of them, all very different from each other. Occasionally, a new beer makes its entrance: it is a bit of a temporary star. The brewery has quickly become a taste experience, a bar and a shop.
