The Domaine de Gammareix is an ESAT (Etablissement et Service d'Aide par le Travail) of the Association des Papillons Blancs de Bergerac, located in the commune of Béleymas in Périgord.

Our products are made in an artisanal way in the tradition of the Périgourdine culinary tradition.
