The restaurant is open to outside customers from September to April on Friday and Saturday evenings for Swiss evenings, and in July and August from Tuesday to Saturday for lunch, with a fine summer menu. Other times by prior arrangement for groups of 10 or more.
Couleurs Café offers generous portions of high-quality, modern cuisine all year round. In the summer, enjoy the very pleasant shady terrace across from the park, far from the summer noise and crowds. In the winter, warm up next to the fireplace and delight in the charms of the old stones of the large dining room, set off by the coffee-coloured decoration.
