Kanshoji Zen Monastery offers retreats to discover the practice of Zen. Participants meditate, take part in the life of the place and enjoy vegetarian food. The aim is to recharge one?s batteries in silence and nature, guided by benevolent monks.
Zazen meditation will be at the heart of your discovery retreat.
Throughout your stay, you'll share in the daily life of monks, nuns and other experienced practitioners
and other experienced practitioners.
Practicing together, meeting, exchanging, harmonizing? helping each other is the way of life
