Our factory revives the traditional walnut cake with a family recipe, made on site with local products: organic wheat flour from the "Moulin de l'Evêque" in Vézac, PDO walnuts from producers in Cénac and Saint Julien.
Our artisan workshop revives the traditional walnut cake. In addition to the essential "crunchy walnuts" and other great recipies, you will find the locally produced walnut beer , our savoury or sweet "crêpes" (pancakes), our homemade salads, walnut ice cream with walnut liqueur and chocolate mousse.
