Here, know-how has been traditional and family-owned since 1968. We make and sell only the finest local produce: foie gras, truffles and ceps! The preserves are homemade. You can buy them on the spot or order them on the Internet, even if you live on the other side of the planet: the online store sells preserves and some fresh products. Specialties include dried duck breast stuffed with foie gras, dried duck sausage, fruit stuffed with foie gras, foie gras with morel mushrooms and Mélinette.
