Ateliers danse intuitive

Inspired by the 5 Rhythms dance and the Life Art Process, I propose a unique dance journey of encounter with oneself and with the other through different musical rhythms.

Dance while being anchored in your body, present to your sensations and emotions. Supported by the energy of the group and by my guidance, each person lives his or her own inner experience in a space of freedom. This practice invites the body to express itself freely, freeing it from the judgments we sometimes make of ourselves, releasing tension and rediscovering fluidity.

Movement reopens our connection with our body, our sensations and our emotions. When movement flows through our body, it unloads what is too full, too tight, too tense, and allows us to experience greater fluidity, relaxation and freedom...
