Caviar Perle Noire welcomes you to Les Eyzies, in the heart of the Périgord Noir region, for an immersive gourmet experience. Guided tours are available from April to September, Monday to Friday, at 10 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. Reservations are required.

Discover our farm, the little-known history of caviar, and the traditional production method. You will end this experience with a delicious tasting of Caviar Perle Noire products.

Discovery at $20/person: smoked trout and sturgeon + trout roe + duo of creams + caviar butter + 1 caviar + sparkling wine

Initiation at $35/person: “discovery” with 2 caviar tastings

Connoisseur at $80/person: “discovery” with 4 caviar tastings and 1 shot of vodka
