A few examples: home-made semi-cooked foie gras, snails with Perigourdin garlic butter, croquignole of black pudding, stuffed pig's feet or ribs with honey and ginger, rack of lamb with lavender flower and balsamic vinegar, just cooked in chocolate, tiramisu with chestnuts, iced mousse with Perigord walnuts.
